ServiceTasker allows users to permanently delete their account directly from the app.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ServiceTasker does not independently verify, validate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, validity, completeness, currency, or suitability of any licence, insurance policy, identity document, qualification, certification, registration, or other credential displayed on the platform. Service providers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to ServiceTasker is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying any credentials, licences, registrations, qualifications, insurance coverage, and suitability of a service provider before engaging them. Service providers may perform services through employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, or other representatives. Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves that any individual performing work holds the licences, qualifications, registrations, permits, and insurance required by applicable laws and regulations.

ServiceTasker accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, injury, or expense arising from reliance on information provided by service providers or from services performed by a service provider, its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, or representatives.
